We are seeking a motivated and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in surgical procedures, particularly in orthopedic, gynecological, robotic, urological, general, ENT, and orthopedic spine surgeries. A strong emphasis on heavy total joint and orthopedic experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in elective and emergent surgeries, ensuring a sterile environment and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons and medical staff during procedures.
• Prepare surgical instruments and equipment for operation.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow in the operating room.
• Participate in post-operative care and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical technology.
• Prior travel experience is required.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically Epic.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 10-hour day shifts and call shifts.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on prioritizing tasks and supporting team needs.
