Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care to join our team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes.
• Participate in emergency response situations and provide critical care as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Current state nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TNCC) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred.

Work Schedule

This position requires commitment to a night shift schedule, including three 12-hour shifts per week.
