Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Care Nurse to join our team. This role requires expertise in both urgent care and primary care settings. The successful candidate will participate in in-person triage and nurse visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person triage and assessments for patients.
- Provide nursing care and support in a primary care environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in urgent care or primary care clinic settings.
- Epic experience is required.
- Current Massachusetts Nursing License is required.
- BLS certification from AHA is required.
- Applicants must have been separated from previous employment for a minimum of six months.
Schedule
This position will require availability for in-person visits Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
