Position Details

This position requires commitment to night shifts, weekends, and holidays. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 4:1, ensuring individualized attention and support for each patient.

Unit Information

• Unit Name: ACE
• Type: 8-bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit
• Focus: Geriatrics with behavioral disturbances

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support for elderly patients with medical and behavioral conditions.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals regularly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient conditions and care activities accurately and thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Solid understanding of dysrhythmias and medication protocols.
• Ability to pass the required ECG/Telemetry and Medication tests during onboarding with an 85% score or higher.
• Readiness to prepare using provided study materials for tests, as only one attempt is allowed.

Orientation and Interview

Orientation for this position takes place biweekly. Interested candidates will be interviewed by the Nurse Manager. Please provide available dates and times for the interview upon application.

Work Schedule

Shifts will be from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.
