Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

The position involves working as an Operating Room Registered Nurse with a rotational schedule that includes day and evening shifts, along with variable hours to accommodate weekends and call requirements. The role includes a rotation to night shifts for a duration of two weeks within the contract period.

Shift Details

4x10 Schedule:
- Evening Shift: 1 PM - 11 PM
- Day Shift: 7 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) / 9 AM - 7:30 PM (Wednesday)
3x12 Schedule:
- Evening Shift: 11 AM - 11 PM
- Day Shift: 7 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) / 9 AM - 9:30 PM (Wednesday)

Work Requirements

When scheduled for weekend shifts, the traveler can expect to work 12-hour shifts and may also have 8 or 10-hour shifts assigned during the same week to fulfill contracted hours. Each four-week schedule includes at least two short-call shifts and weekend duties.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse license
Experience in an Operating Room setting preferred
Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Contract Details

This role is for a temporary contract that encompasses a variety of shift patterns suited to meet operational needs.
