Description

Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services. The successful candidate will evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and referrals.
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.
Document all services accurately and in a timely manner.
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) following practice acts and facility policies.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families to support patient care.
Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain one).
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
