Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their stay. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment, and health management.
• Document all care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; advanced certifications may be required based on the specific unit.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
