We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be working in a critical care environment with newborn patients, providing high-quality respiratory care.

Job Details

• Contract length options: 13 weeks or 26 weeks
• Available shifts: Day shift, 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00)
• Work hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
• Work schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Must work 2 out of the 3 winter holidays

Scheduling Model

This unit utilizes a self-scheduling model, which allows the team to have some control over their schedules. The manager will provide further details during the interview process, although specific schedule preferences cannot be guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 4 NICU experience
• Cardiac PICU experience is preferred
• Current RRT certification, BLS, and NRP are required
• ACC S certification is preferred
• Virginia license pending is acceptable, provided you can obtain a temporary license before starting. A license from another state is also required to be eligible for a temporary license.
