Description

X-Ray Technologist

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of independent experience and demonstrate proficiency in operating various radiographic equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, including DR fixed equipment, DR fluoro equipment, C-arms, and portable DR equipment.
Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and maintain a dosimetry badge.
Work independently without supervision while performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
Participate in holiday coverage and be available for an average of 3 days of call per month.
Arrive on site for HR and clearance appointments prior to start of assignment.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist.
Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license, to be obtained prior to the start of the assignment.
Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, Konica DR, and Epic EMR preferred.

Additional Information

Please note that no requests for time off will be granted during the first 13 weeks of the contract. Candidates must be prepared to fulfill the outlined requirements and responsibilities.
