We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multiple surgical specialties, including General, Gynecology (GYN), Orthopedics, Neurology, and Robotics.

Job Details

• Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Weekdays, with potential for weekends and holidays
• Shift: Mid (14:30 - 23:00)
• Call Rotation: Currently not assigning travelers to call rotation, but occasional shifts may be available for coverage

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgical procedures across multiple specialties, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide support and ensure efficient operations in the operating room.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond appropriately during surgical procedures.
• Document all care and interventions in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina or compact state license.
• BCLS certification required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room preferred.
• Ability to work with multiple specialties: Neuro, Ortho, Robotics, General, and GYN.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records preferred.
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the workplace.
• Previous travel assignment experience is required.
