Physical Therapist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing environment. This position is ideal for individuals who have prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility and are looking for a Saturday-only schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities and needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' rehabilitation goals.
Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises to promote recovery.

Qualifications

Valid New York Physical Therapist license is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is mandatory.

Schedule

This position requires availability on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
