We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient evaluation and individualized treatment in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in restoring function and mobility to patients through direct therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in compliance with practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
