Description
Join a dynamic and high-volume healthcare environment that offers critical care services across multiple settings, including intensive care units, neonatal intensive care units, and specialized burn units. This role demands preparedness for a challenging workload and the ability to thrive in fast-paced situations.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced respiratory care in a variety of clinical settings.
- Demonstrate integrity and manage time effectively while performing duties.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care initiatives.
- Participate in performance improvement activities as required.
Requirements
- Mississippi RCP License required.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of acute care experience in a hospital environment.
Working Conditions
- Shifts begin at 1845 hours, with early clock-in encouraged (not earlier than 1838 hours).
- No on-call duty required.
- Availability to work two weekends each month; additional weekend shifts available.
- All holidays must be covered between November 22, 2026, and January 5, 2027.
- Adhere to a 50-mile radius rule for applicants.
