Description

Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. This position offers a rewarding experience within a dynamic healthcare environment, featuring a varied caseload that includes outpatient care, acute therapy, skilled nursing therapy, and home health services.

Position Details

Work Schedule: 5 shifts, 8 hours each
Holiday Coverage: Not required

Responsibilities

Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
Provide care to patients in various settings including outpatient and skilled nursing environments.
Conduct therapy sessions and monitor patient progress.
Educate patients and their families on health and wellness strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience: Less than 1 year preferred.
Experience in acute and long-term care settings is beneficial.
Certifications: BLS/BCLS required.
