Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves working 12-hour shifts at night, with a focus on patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. Nurses will rotate weekends and holidays based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status, including telemetry monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Document patient care effectively and maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid RN license for Wisconsin or a compact RN license.
• Minimum of two years of acute care experience within the last three years.
• Experience with Epic electronic health records is required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is mandatory.
• Candidates must pass a telemetry assessment prior to starting.

Schedule

This position requires night shifts, specifically from 19:00 to 07:30, on a three days a week basis. No block schedules are available.
