Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist with a background in cardiovascular procedures. This role involves both technical support in the operating room and patient care before, during, and after procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in various cardiovascular procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafts, valve repairs (both robotic and open), and peripheral vascular cases.
• Scrub for surgical cases, ensuring a sterile environment and assisting the surgical team as needed.
• Monitor patient conditions and provide care before, during, and post-procedure.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiovascular technology.
• Proficient in scrubbing for complex cardiovascular surgical procedures.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Requirements

Position requires on-site commitment, with call requirements of once per week and one weekend required each month.
