Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. This position offers the opportunity to work flexible shifts and make a significant impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the emergency department.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Monitor and document patient status and progress accurately.
• Assist with medical procedures and interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.

Work Schedule

Shift: Night shifts, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00).

Every other weekend is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an emergency department setting is required.
• Experience with EPIC charting is preferred.
• First-time travelers will be considered.
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are welcome to apply.

Additional Information

Candidates have the option to work 2 on-call shifts per month or take on 2 additional shifts per month. The on-call shifts are 24 hours in duration.
