Job Overview
An opportunity is available for a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on General Surgery. This role requires experience in a fast-paced surgical environment, demonstrating both clinical expertise and strong teamwork skills.
Shift Details
- Two Day Shifts (8 hours):
- 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
- 10:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- Two Day Shifts (12 hours):
- 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in General Surgery
- Travel experience is required
- Current BLS certification is mandatory
On-Call Requirements
On-call shifts are defined as 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM (12-hour shift). Requirements include:
- Participation in a "Buddy Call" orientation shift within the first two weeks of the contract.
- Up to five on-call shifts per six-week schedule, with an average of three, primarily on weekends.
