Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as deemed appropriate.
- Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Accurately document all services in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in compliance with practice acts.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families regarding patient care.
- Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Possession of an active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
