Description
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapy services to patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. This role includes evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to enhance communication and swallowing functions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.
- Document services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to ensure optimal care.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
- Demonstrated strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
