Description

Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe and appropriate care to patients in the Operating Room by assessing, planning, directing, evaluating, and delivering care within the scope of their professional practice.

Education & Training Requirements

Current New Mexico or multi-state RN License
Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire
Current ACLS (AHA) certification
PALS certification preferred

Work Experience Requirements

One year of previous experience in the Operating Room, Pre-Operative, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), or a related field preferred

Guaranteed Hours

36 hours per week

Schedule

Days; shift hours will vary with call responsibilities
