We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in alignment with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing comprehensive treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance and quality of care.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams as well as patients' families.
• Maintain compliance with all safety guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master of Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
