We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled occupational therapy services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering effective therapy to enhance patients' independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans.
• Accurately and timely document all services provided.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in line with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
