Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient progress.
- Document all services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication skills and clinical problem-solving abilities.
