Description

Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care and support within our healthcare system. This position requires flexibility and a strong commitment to patient care, including weekend coverage as needed.

Schedule

Shifts: 3x12 or 4x12 Nights, 1900-0730
Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend, but may change based on staffing needs
Contract Length: 13 to 26 weeks, with potential for holiday coverage

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
Document patient care and interventions using the EPIC documentation system.
Float to similar units or other facilities as required to meet patient care needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
At least 1 year of experience using EPIC documentation system.
Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
Ability to float to various units and/or facilities as needed.
