We are seeking an adaptable and open-minded Physical Therapist to join our outpatient department. The ideal candidate will embrace our "Friends Healing Friends" philosophy and engage actively in our community healthcare approach.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of physical therapy programs to facilitate patient progress toward functional goals.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and progress.
• Maintain an effective and positive working relationship with healthcare professionals and ancillary staff.
• Collaborate with team members by offering and receiving suggestions for improvement.
• Provide care primarily in an outpatient setting, with a small percentage of services in long-term care (LTC) and skilled swing.
• Capable of treating a diverse patient population that presents for therapy services.

Contract Details

This position is a 13-week contract with a strong possibility of extension.

Shift Information

The expected working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Minimum Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is required.

• ACP Training
