Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
