We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master of Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills, effective documentation capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
