Job Overview
This position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to work within a skilled nursing and telemetry unit. The role involves providing comprehensive care to patients and necessitates strong experience in telemetry and neuro care.
Schedule and Hours
- Night Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
- 36 hours per week, consisting of three 12-hour shifts
- Requires availability for every other weekend and every other holiday
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience is required
- Experience in telemetry and neuro care highly preferred
- MediTech experience is preferred
- Current Massachusetts RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the following:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to patients
- Monitoring patient telemetry and neuro status
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Documenting patient care activities and assessments
Additional Requirements
The candidate must possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The selected individual will be expected to handle the responsibilities of the role effectively while maintaining a high standard of nursing practice.
