Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our General Medicine Unit. This 27-bed unit offers a diverse patient population, providing care for various disease processes involving the respiratory, endocrine, cardiac, immune/infectious disease, and renal systems.
Position Details
- Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Hours Offered: 36 or 48 hours per week
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirements: Must work 2 out of the 3 winter holidays
- Time Off: Up to 40 hours may be approved; time off around Christmas cannot be accommodated.
- Scheduling: Block scheduling cannot be accommodated.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Virginia (pending applications may be accepted).
- Epic experience required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred, but not required.
- Must adhere to float policy as per organizational guidelines.
