Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, Minnesota-licensed LPN to join our team. This position is available immediately and will support the clinic through January 1, 2026. The ideal candidate will be EPIC trained and possess strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient intakes and assessments
Administer vaccines and medications as prescribed
Assist in managing and coordinating care for multiple patients
Support telemedicine services as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care

Schedule

This is a full-time position with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
