This is a float pool position requiring a flexible candidate willing to float to multiple units, including MICU, Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on experience. Candidates must have acute care hospital experience.

Position Information

• Role: RN
• Specialty: MICU
• Shift: 7am to 7:30pm or 7pm to 7:30am
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48
• Weekend Requirements: 75% weekends required
• Years of Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
• Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 in Intermediate Care)
• Equipment: EMR: EPIC

Qualifications

• Required: Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience.
• Preferred: Extensive ICU experience with diverse patient care.
• Type of Patients: Candidates will manage basic ICU patients, including those who are sedated, intubated, or on pressors, but will not be assigned high-complexity patients such as those requiring CRRT.
• Personality Fit: Candidates should emphasize outstanding patient care, effective team communication, and a commitment to professional excellence. Flexibility with assignments is essential, as candidates may handle multiple different assignments within a single shift.
