We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.
• Document services according to regulatory and facility standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication skills and clinical problem-solving abilities.
