We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech, language, and swallowing therapy in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. In this role, you will be responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy aimed at enhancing communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services in compliance with all relevant regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to optimize care.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
