Department Description
The Medical Surgical unit specializes in the care of acutely ill adults and those who require both emergent and elective surgery. Our patients receive the highest standards of professional care from our dedicated staff. We strongly encourage and support specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing.
Experience, Education, and Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
- AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.
Shift Information
Shift: NOC (1900-0730), rotating weekends required.
Holiday coverage is also required for this position.
Minimum Years of Experience
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
Certifications / Requirements
- ACLS certification
- BLS/BCLS certification
