Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our long-term care team. Under the guidance of physical therapists, you will play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation of patients, helping them achieve their mobility and functional goals.

Responsibilities

Treat patients through therapeutic interventions including exercise, massage, gait, and balance training.
Record patients' progress and report findings to the supervising physical therapist.
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas or compact state.
