Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ultrasonography with specific experience in abdominal and obstetric imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures, including abdomen, obstetric, renal, scrotal, abdominal Dopplers, transplant kidneys and liver, neonatal, thyroid, and gynecological scans.
• Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure high-quality images for accurate diagnosis and assist in patient care.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ultrasound imaging.
• ARDMS certification in Abdomen and OB is required.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record system is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties, including one night per week and one weekend day per month.

Uniform

Red scrubs are required while on duty.

Schedule

This position involves 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
