Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in the emergency department. This position requires a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients in emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions closely.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months of recent, permanent experience in an emergency room setting.
• Valid Ohio nursing license or compact state license required.
• Current certifications in AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are mandatory.
• A reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director within the specialty area is required for submission.

Shift Information

This position involves working a mid-shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts from 15:00 to 03:30.
