Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified individual to oversee operations within a nursing home facility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing nursing homes and demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and best practices within the long-term care industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Supervise nursing staff and administrative personnel, promoting a collaborative environment.
• Ensure high standards of care are delivered to residents, addressing their needs effectively and compassionately.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Implement quality improvement processes and respond to resident and family feedback.
• Prepare and manage the facility budget, focusing on efficient utilization of resources.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a nursing home management role is essential.
• Strong understanding of nursing home regulations and compliance issues.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Must not hold a Professional Certification in Care (PCC).
