Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Interventional Radiology. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care while continuously evaluating patients' needs, planning care, and adjusting nursing actions to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate patients' needs and initiate appropriate care plans.
• Adjust nursing actions as required to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in procedures within the Interventional Radiology department while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Schedule Requirements

• Standard shifts are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Weekend call is required two weekends per month from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology and Stress Testing.
• Proficient in IV skills and techniques.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Current ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications are required.
• Active RN license in Michigan is required at the time of application.

Attendance Policy

We have implemented a strict attendance policy to support our patient population. Any RN who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will face immediate termination. Exceptions may be considered for documented circumstances such as communicable diseases or hospitalization.
