Description
We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine services to patients, contributing to their overall care and treatment.
Shift Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- No weekends required
Position Overview
The Nuclear Medicine department offers comprehensive imaging services, including diagnostic radiology, ultrasound, computed tomography, MRI, and more. The team provides 24/7 services to inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Conduct quality control and assurance activities to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Engage in continuing education and training to advance professional skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a hospital setting.
- Active ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certification required.
- Proficient in venipuncture.
- Travel experience is highly preferred.
