Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential support in delivering high-quality therapeutic care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Evaluate patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises to improve overall health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care provided.
• Comply with all regulatory changes and organizational policies related to patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule
