Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, assessing patient needs and planning appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safe and effective dosage practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations in compliance with established healthcare protocols.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the improvement of care standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years of experience in long-term care or related nursing field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in electronic health records and other clinical software.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all patients.

Schedule

This position is primarily day shifts, with a focus on supporting long-term care needs. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient requirements is essential.
