Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified LPN or RN to join our team. This position requires availability for night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, with a rotating schedule of 36 to 48 hours per week. Weekend availability is required.

Facility Details

You will be working in a 32-bed non-skilled care facility with an average census of 23 to 25 residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Monitor and document patient health status and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN or RN license.
• Prior experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
