Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decisions unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a clinical decisions setting and be equipped to provide high-quality patient care during the night shift.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a Clinical Decisions unit.
Current Kansas or compact nursing license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Duties include but are not limited to:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educating patients and their families on post-care and treatment plans.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the Clinical Decisions unit.
