Join a team dedicated to supporting patients in developing and restoring functional independence through effective occupational therapy services. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions as outlined in the OT plan of care.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Possession of an active state COTA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to patient care.
