Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in compliance with established protocols and standards. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions, updating care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications may be necessary based on specialty.
