Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with all health regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of [X] years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Schedule

The schedule for this position may include a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends as necessary to meet patient care needs.
