Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. This position requires the ability to work night shifts and provide high-quality care to patients in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapies, treatments, and assessments as per established protocols.
• Evaluate patient conditions and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and care practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with departmental standards.
• Monitor and adjust patient equipment settings to ensure optimal respiratory support.

Shift and Schedule

This position involves working four 12-hour night shifts from 18:00 to 06:00.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is accepted.
• Knowledge of respiratory care practices and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing patient needs.
