Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for an 8-week assignment starting January 5th. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry experience and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in a medical-surgical environment.
• Read and interpret ECG strips; all RNs are required to perform these tasks independently.
• Adhere to established policies and protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in ongoing training and development, including mandatory testing during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent acute medical-surgical nursing experience, including telemetry.
• License/Registration: Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Skills/Certifications: CPR, ACLS, and Epic experience required.

Additional Information

Shift: 12-hour day shift with every other weekend required.

Testing: Candidates must pass a Dysrhythmia and Medications test prior to acceptance, with a minimum passing score of 85%. Testing will be conducted via a Zoom meeting within 48 hours of confirmation.

Note: There is a single attempt to pass the required tests; no remediation is offered.
